Beloved ,
The members of Sisters In Service are blessed to be in this moment again this year. God has allowed us the opportunity to meet our goals, for the 15th year. We tried something different and unfortunately, it didn’t seem to catch on as I thought BUT regardless we have been successful in attracting new and excited sponsors willing to assist us and our mission of “service”.
Today we focused on leadership, vision, ownership and passion. Each of these elements are needed to push forward for your dreams and personal goals. If you are willing and able to be of service to others, you will be blessed. As I have said before “Service”, is simple, precise and clear as crystal. You cannot sit back a watch other work and expect to share in the glory. Although many do, or criticize the method or offer little to no help BUT remember if YOU see that something needs to be fix….fix it. Don wait for other to do it as it may never be done. If you don’t know how…research and find out, surround yourself with those that do and push for your expected result. You may not correct it immediately, but don’t give up…. You will and once it done you will not only learn for the experience you will be better for it including all of the trials and tribulations.
Congratulation to Mr. Moses Brewer on his retirement. MillerCoors was our largest sponsor and Mr. Brewer took interest in SIS and invested in us as and organization. He and Gwen took us under their wing and offered us guidance and direction and help us grow. For that I will be forever grateful. Moses you are a blessing to us and so many others. As I told you earlier, My prayer is that you are richly blessed for your support of this and every other grass roots service organization. To our all of our sponsors, you are faithful, giving and understanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all you do and will continue to do for Sisters In Service.
